Most problems can be fixed without losing progress. Your best score and settings are stored only on your device.
Gameplay controls
Pause the game to switch between Gesture Only, Buttons Only, or Both. You can also change movement style, grid size, clearing style, language, haptics, and other play preferences.
Restore Remove Ads
- Use the same Apple Account that originally made the purchase.
- Open GemUp and pause the game.
- Tap Remove Ads, then Restore Purchases.
You will not be charged again. If Apple reports no entitlement, confirm the purchase in your App Store purchase history.
Ads or consent
When required in your region, Privacy Choices appears in the pause menu. Ads can appear only after completed games and only when Play Again is tapped. If an ad is unavailable, replay starts immediately.
